STEPS :
1) download dotProxy.(uploaded here).
2) install Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 ( essential)(direct download links given).
3) unzip the archive and run DotProxy.exe.
4) fill with following values local port :1234
remote proxy 10.239.221.22 or 10.239.221.5 port 8080
in url mod click add and type 0:id=jCustomerWAPProv
5) click on start buttn.
6) open ur browser and set it to use proxy as : 127.0.0.1 and port as : 1234
7) now enjoy free browsing....
8) for downloading u can use trick like as usual ie adding string at last of link.
Logging in ,posting and uploading in sites like is possible
no support for ssl sites like gmail or orkut
